Shandy Pumphrey
CFO & Chief Compliance Officer
Shandy joined MCM in 2010. She serves as the Chief Compliance Officer. In addition to her compliance duties, she oversees the daily accounting and financial operations of the firm. Prior to joining MCM, she worked in the tax department at Arthur Andersen and then spent 10 years as an accountant for Legg Mason. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Loyola College in Maryland.
Dawn Szarek
Administrative Assistant
Dawn joined MCM in 2007. Her responsibilities include supporting the firms' partners and portfolio management team. An experienced runner, Dawn recently completed the Iron Man Arizona competition and has participated in over nine marathons, including the New York City Marathon in 2009.
