In order to provide you with individualized service, we collect certain nonpublic personal information about you from information that you provide on applications or other forms (such as your address and social security number), and information about your account transactions with us (such as purchases, sales and account balances).

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. If you decide at some point either to close your account(s) or to become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.
